Devices
At this program interface level, you are in the management area of your devices.
The clear and intuitive program structure allows you to create devices as well as monitor and edit them in a clear list.
Program Interface
In the main area, the program interface provides you with a clear list of the devices you have already created. You can choose between two display options here by deactivating or activating the checkbox in front of the function → Device Groups.
View With Device Groups
If you have already assigned devices to a group and activate the check box of the → Device Groups function, the devices are listed depending on the group assignment you have specified.
Thus, you will find the grouped devices under the respective group and the ungrouped devices under the category Ungrouped Devices.
The top bar provides the function → Export device list, which you can use to list all available devices in an Excel table for overview purposes.
The other functions are described below.
View Without Device Groups
You get this view by deactivating the function → Device Groups in the lower bar of the program window.
Click in the checkbox created in front to remove the checkmark.
Please note that this may affect the overview in your device list.
Device List
Each line in the device list represents one device and shows the status of the current server client connection, the device name and the assigned playlist. In addition you can find editing functions.

Lower Bar
In the lower bar of the Device Management you will find the option to show or hide existing device group assignments. The device status display informs you about the free licenses and the already created devices with the respective connection status. To search directly for a specific device you can use the search field.
The + Group and + Device functions are explained below.
Principle of the function + Group
To simplify the display and control of several devices with the same criteria,
it may be useful to group them.
+ Group Function
Clicking this function opens a window to enter a name for the new group. Confirm-ing provides a same named placeholder in the device list, which allows you to combine the desired devices into a group.
Placeholder for the Group C created in the Example
If you want to edit the group, then click on this function → .
...this opens the following input window...
Input Window
To edit the group, click on → Edit Group.
Otherwise, click on → Abort.
Or, if necessary, on → Delete Group.
Edit Group
Clicking on → Edit Group shows you all the previously ungrouped devices and provides them for selection.
However, you can also display the devices that have already been grouped and make them available as well. To do this, activate the → Show all Devices function in the lower bar. Please note that the previous group assignment of a device that has already been grouped elsewhere is cancelled when you assign it to the group currently selected.
Make your selection by clicking in the checkbox in front of the desired device.
When you are done, click → Save to create the new group.
Show or Hide Group Content
For a better overview, you can show or hide the devices within a group. To do this, click on the name bar of the group. You can also do the same with the Ungrouped Devices bar.
Principle of the Function + Device
Each license you purchase allows you to create a device in the Device Management of your Cloud account.
Once you have created a device, it will be listed in the device list and can be connected to the intended output device.
When you assign a playlist to the output device, it will be displayed on the output device.
The device interface allows you to use two functions to add a new device. One button is located in the device list area. Another function you can find in the lower bar of the program window.
Function + Device
Clicking one of these functions opens a separate window for entering relevant device data. With the exception of the entry at Name (direct entry required) and at Code (later entry possible), the other entries are optional. Please make sure that you provide the device with sufficient information in the optional input fields so that you can easily find it in the device list at any time, even if there are a large number of devices.
For more information, read the chapter → Add Device.
Input Field Code
In this field, enter the activation code you received when you set up the player. For more details, see → Add Device.
Cloud Software supports the following operating systems:
