Create New User

If you want to give other people access to your account, you can create additional users who receive their own login and password. Depending on your requirements, you can enable or restrict individual user rights.

Create New User

If you want to create a new user, either click on the function at the top of the bar or in the line → New user.

User Information And User Rights

By clicking on the above functions, you open the default settings options for the new sub-user.

First enter the personal data:

Name - User name - E-Mail - Password - Language - Account type

If you have stored password guidelines in the User "Administrator"  and activated them for "sub-users", a password corresponding to the guidelines will be suggested when you create a new user. You can read how to create a password policy in the → Login chapter.

You can then define individual authorizations for different areas for the new user. You can find more information on the authorizations in the corresponding sub-chapters in the main chapter → User.

Once you have completed the desired settings, click → Save.

Save as Template

If you want to create additional new users who are to receive the same authorizations as the user you have just created, you can save the settings you have defined as a template. To do this, activate the → Save as template function. This eliminates the need to enter the individual options again and again.

Once you have finished making your entries, click on → Save.

Template Name

Clicking on → Save opens an input window in which you can give the template a new name and a selection window with the name provisionally assigned by the system (user name) is now available in the upper area.

Then click on → Save.

The template is then opened for checking and for any changes in the Settings area.

After checking the settings, click → Save.

Create New User From Template

Once you have saved a template for creating a user, an input window opens after clicking on → Create new user.

When you open the selection menu, all the templates you have saved previously will be available for selection in addition to the default settings.

After selecting your desired template, click → Okay.

Edit Existing Users

To select an existing user for editing, click on their name in the list.

In the User Management, you can grant each user individual access rights and assign read and write authorizations. All settings made can be changed again at any time.

Read about the individual settings areas in the following chapters. You can open the settings areas by clicking on the plus symbol in front of them.

Change User

As an administrator, you have the option of switching to the user's account area by clicking on the arrow in the window of the user selected. This allows you to see the cloud interface from the perspective of the respective sub-user with the user's individual rights.
