Playlist Overview
Interface Structure
In this section you see all created playlists. Each playlist is listed individually and can be assigned to a group. Symbols indicate which properties you have assigned:

At the top you will find a search bar to enter a keyword if you want to select specific playlists:
Clicking on → opens the editing options:
Description of the Editing Options
- New playlist

New Playlist
- Click on this Function → .
This opens a context menu. - Then choose the menu item →
New playlist.
Create a New Playlist
Clicking → New playlist opens a window for the playlist details: In the field Group you have the option to assign the new play- list to an already created playlist group by clicking on the input field. In the field Type you determine whether it is a normal play- list or an audio playlist. Enter your desired playlist name in the field Name (mandatory field). With the following option you can make the playlist available to other users.
Share Playlist with Users
If you activate the Visible for other users option, a list of all available users will be displayed.
Activate the users with whom you want to share the playlist and determine whether the user may edit the playlist or allow to "Read only".
Clicking Okay creates the new playlist and opens it for editing.
New Playlist Editing Area
After you clicked on Okay, the column 1. Playlist Overview is still provided on the left side next to a blank editing area for the new playlist. But you can also close it by clicking on the X to enlarge the blank editing area for a better overview.

Duplicate Selected Playlist
- Click on this Function → .
This opens a context menu.
- Then choose the menu item
Duplicate selected playlist.
Input Window
This opens that input window. The upper field allows you to assign the playlist to an already created group.
The next field allows you to change the default name. And after checking the box you can grant access to other users.
A subsequent click on Okay closes the input window and provides the duplicated playlist in the playlist window according to the input.
Sort
Touching the Sort menu item with the mouse pointer provides you with 6 sorting types.
Selecting one of the menu items shows directly the corresponding representation.
Upload Playlist
This opens the file manager, which allows you to load the playlist from a remote location.
Settings
Click the function → and then click on Settings. This opens an input window which allows you to set properties for new added media elements, Display, Print Playlist, Release and Search.
Check all Playlists for Expired Elements
Selecting this menu item opens a window listing the playlist contents which have an expired timestamp.
Clicking in the box activates or deactivates the entry for deletion or for remaining as an element in the playlist. If you leave the element in the playlist, you can extend the time stamp in the time control.
Playlist and Group Management
- Click the function → to open the context menu.
- Select the menu item → Playlist and Group Management.
Input Window
Your selection will open this window.
You can find the already created groups listed on the left side with the option to delete them.
The currently selected group is highlighted.
By clicking on the plus sign → in the upper line you can create a new group.
On the right side you can see all playlists. Clicking in the box in front → allows you to assign them to the currently selected group.
You can use the input field if you desire to filter playlists by a keyword. Playlists that already belong to a group will be hidden after clicking on the eye symbol → for a better overview. Once you have made all your desired entries, click on → Save.
Create New Group
Clicking the menu item opens this window where you can enter a name for the new group. Then click on → Create.
Mark Playlist Groups by Color
- Go to → Playlists and click on the → function.
- Select the menu item → Add new group.
- Click in the input field of the opened window and give the new group a name. In our example, we will call the group → Example group.
- Then click in the field for the color → .
- You will now have access to the colors that you have already created in the chapter → Colors and Groups in the User Management.
- Select a color and then click → Create.
Now use the → function to go the Playlist and Group Management and assign the desired playlists to the color-marked group by clicking in the box in front of it.
Change Color for Existing Groups
You can also change the color for existing groups directly in the playlist overview.
1. To do this, click on the front part of the relevant playlist group bar that
shows the color.
2. Then click on the desired color in the color selection window.
