The Customer/Visitor Reception of the Future

The Meeting Master is an add-on and therefore an optional feature that is not included in the standard Cloud Software product.

The Meeting Master serves as an extension of your Digital Signage solution and offers a virtual, personal greeting and consultation of customers and visitors using video telephony.

It finds its application in different scenarios, but is particularly suitable for a virtual reception or as a digital customer consultant.

The Meeting Master offers the possibility to

  • Support visitors and customers in finding their way around
  • Assistance and consulting from experts
  • Answering open questions and much more

The function for sharing the reception screen and the customer consultant screen provides support in consulting and assistance.

Meeting Master Procedure

Using a touchscreen or alternatively a QR code mobile phone control allows visitors or customers contacting the receptionist or customer consultant independently.

The receptionist or consultant appears visibly on the screen for the visitor and can share his or her own screen if desired in order to supplement the communicative assistance with a visual component.

Requirement for the use of the Meeting Master is:

The installation of the Windows Multiplayer.

Creation of the Meeting Master

The Meeting Master consists of 2 elements:

  1. The consultant
  2. A PC where the consultant works and where he answers the customer's contact
    Setting Up Cosultant.

  3. The reception point where the customer makes contact
  4. A place where the customer makes contact, for example, a screen in a store
