Option to Change Password in the Web Portal

For  Windows Multiplayer Devices & Linux Devices

Change Password for Player in the Cloud Software Web Portal

You can change the passwords of the devices on which Windows Multiplayer or Linux is installed either in the player itself or in the Device Management.

Note:

However, these changes can only be made by the administrator account.

Procedure:

  1. Go to the program level → Devices.
  2. In the line of the created device, go to the → Edit device function.

Device Settings

For created Windows devices, you will find the Player Settings area in the Device Settings, where you can change the password for exiting the player → End Password.

Enter your desired password in the input field under End Password.

Next to it, you will find the area where you can change the password for editing the player settings → Master Password.

Enter your desired password in the input field under Master Password.

After completing your entries, click → Save.

Set Passwords

If you want to assign the same password to different devices, you can activate the selection of individual devices in the Device Management via the arrow in the bottom right-hand corner.

By clicking on → Selected devices → Set passwords, you can then change the player passwords for the selected devices.

Procedure:

1. Open Device Management

2. Click on the small arrow at the bottom left

3. Select relevant devices

4. Click on Selected devices

5. Click Set Passwords

6. Enter desired passwords

7. Click Confirm

To apply your entries to the system, please click → Save before exiting the device settings.
