Playlist Structure

In the most basic case, the playlist is composed of 2 playlist elements:

1. Playlist element: Call consultant
The display of a screen or playlist when the consultant is not in service.

2. Playlist element: Consultant
The screen in which the consultant is displayed.

These two playlist elements are linked together in the playlist so that the consultant can be called in the 2. Playlist element.

1. Playlist Element: Call Consultant

Display of a screen or playlist when the consultant is not on service.

In this example, this is a screen that the customer can use to call a consultant. However, you can also use commercials or similar.

After you have created this screen or playlist, you should assign an alias in the screen settings.

  1. Select the 1. Playlist element to open the settings in the right tab.
  2. Enter your desired Alias. The alias will be displayed in brackets above the playlist item name. In our example, the alias is → Call Consultant.

    User.

2. Select the user for whom you want to create a Meeting Room
    template.

3. Open the tab → Meeting and click on the plus icon at the end of the bar.

4. In the input window that opens, enter the name of the room that
should be suggested to the user when creating a corresponding
    template in the HTML5 Editor.

5. Confirm your entry with → Okay.
The room will then be listed in the Meeting area.

6. Saving the modification in the User Administration provides this room
