Content → Source: Date/Time
You also have the option of displaying variable data as for example date or time on the screen.
To do this, select the Date/Time option under source. Then open the drop down menu and select the desired menu item for Date long or short - Time long or short - Weekdays - Weekday short - Month - Calendar Week.
Click Event
IThis area allows you to interactively link the element to another screen in the playlist via the alias or the position (sequence number).
Alias or Position
You can either select the position of another screen in the playlist or its alias as the link for the click event. You define an alias after clicking in the settings of the playlist element.
Letter Limitation in Text Fields For XML Entries
To ensure that a text fits perfectly into a text field, you can use the option not to fit a text. This will neither change the font size nor cut off the text.
- To do this, click on the relevant text field.
- Then go to the Fit text option under Text Field and select the menu item → No.
- If you then edit the text field in the XML Editor, the input is limited to the number of letters that fit in the text field.
Read more about this in the chapter Edit and Manage XML.
